Acceptance of Terms & Platform Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by 10400 through our website at 10400.bet, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please notify the 10400 support team immediately. The platform will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
Users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following while using the 10400 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's security systems
- Sharing or transferring an account to another individual
- Engaging in fraud, identity theft, or any other illegal activity
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities
Payments, Transactions & Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 10400 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring all deposits and withdrawals are made using legitimate payment methods and in their own name.
Deposits that have been successfully credited to an account are final. 10400 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or electronic payment providers. Users must ensure the deposit amount is correct before confirming a transaction, as errors made by the user may not be fully refundable.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and review before processing. 10400 reserves the right to request supporting documents to meet applicable compliance requirements. Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method.
Any bonus or promotion offered by 10400 is subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is made. 10400 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. The inclusion of such links does not imply that 10400 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites. Users access third-party websites at their own risk and are subject to the terms and conditions of those respective sites.
Suspension, Account Closure & Changes to Terms
10400 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
- Suspected fraud or attempted fraud
- Providing false information during registration
- User's own request to close the account
- Legal compliance requirements or instructions from authorities
In the event of account closure due to a violation, 10400 reserves the right to withhold funds associated with the disputed activity while an investigation is ongoing.
